Chewy gooey brownies
Makes about 12 brownies
Ingredients
- 4oz chocolate
- 6oz melted butter
- 10oz caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6oz plain flour
- 2oz cocoa powder
- 4 tubes of rolos
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180ºC/Gas Mark 4 and line a square tin with baking paper.
- Mix together the melted butter and sugar, and mix well until smooth.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Melt the chocolate and add it to the mixture.
- Sieve the flour and cocoa powder and mix well until smooth.
- Fold the rolos into the mixture until all the rolos are covered.
- Pour the mixture in the square tin and bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven it could be longer).
- Leave to cool then cut into squares.
- Serve and enjoy!

- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2oz cocoa powder

- Preheat your oven to 180ºC/Gas Mark 4. Line a square tin with baking paper.
- Mix together the melted butter and sugar, and mix well until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix.
- Melt half of the chocolate and save half.(4oz melted,4oz not)
- Add the melted chocolate and stir.
- Sieve the flour and cocoa powder and mix well until smooth.
- Add the un-melted chocolate chunks and mix until all are covered by the mixture.
- Pour the mixture in the square tin and bake for about 20-25 mins (depending on your oven it could be longer)
- Leave to cool, then cut into squares (any size you want)
- Enjoy-they won’t last long!
